Fact or Myth?

The Chinese have been sipping on Green Tea for over 4000 years, so you better believe there is a good reason this beverage has stuck around for so long. All tea comes from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis. It's the process of how it's made that determines what king of tea it is. Traditional teas undergo a heavy oxidation process. This gives the tea a robust flavor and large amount of caffeine. Green tea is spared the oxidation process, giving it a fainter flavor and much less caffeine, but your not getting shortchanged in anyway. The tea plant is loaded with some of the most powerful nutrients on earth, but unfortunately, oxidation kills most of them. Since Green Tea is unoxidized, it is packed with these powerful antioxidants.

Many people put themselves through all kinds of difficult and unnatural processes to lose weight. Diet pills, Fad Diets and even drastic surgery measures are really popular today. The stomach stapling operation has become too common, but many undergo complications, or have to undergo reversals of the surgery because of the strict gastric bypass diet they have to adhere to.

The antioxidants in Green Tea have been shown not only to block the absorption of fat, but to boost your metabolism, strengthen the immune system, and reverse the aging process! Green Tea weight loss is achieved through the many benefits of drinking it. Green tea hydrates your body, while providing essential nutrients, therefore you are better off drinking green tea over water.

Green Tea will also increase your energy. You will have extra energy to aid you with exercise, helping you lose weight even faster. The majority is produced in Asia, but you can still find green tea at any supermarket sold at very low prices. It is quite easy to make tea. Warm a cup of water in your microwave, insert the teabag for 5 minutes and your done. It's a great idea to place some in the fridge to stay cool for the hot days of summer. There really is no excuse not to drink Green Tea.

How Much Do I Need to Consume?

Studies have shown that 4 cups per day will yield maximum Green Tea weight loss. Anything less than that will not give you the results you desire. 4 cups may seem like a lot, but it really isn't. I personally have 2 cups throughout the morning, One cup of iced Green Tea at lunch. and the fourth will typically come late afternoon, or evening. It is really beneficial to replace soda or high in sugar beverages with Green Tea consumption.

Green Tea weight loss methods should always be used in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program. This is the only real way to maximize results and enjoy the benefits of a lean healthy figure. It is an excellent, safe, and healthy alternative to diet pills, or any other unnatural weight loss method.

Drink Green Tea on a regular basis will enhance your life in a number of ways. Get started now, and you'll be enjoying the rewards sooner than you may think.

Another easy way to incorporate green tea into your diet is to use the tea leaves as dry rubs for chicken, fish and beef along with your other spices!

It's said that in Japan you can never experience true beauty unless you have tea inside you.
